Our Mission
To uplift the living conditions of the occupants of
condominiums and low income settlements.
Brief description of activities
1. Implementation of the condominium properties act,
institutional development activities such as management
committees for housing schemes.
2. Maintenance of Housing Schemes owned by the National
Housing Development Authority (NHDA)
3. Repairs and modification works undertaken for the NHDA and
other Government Departments, Corporation and Boards etc.
4. Projects under Decentralized Budget for Colombo District
Members of Parliament and Western provincial Council
5. Special maintenance works

Maintenance of Naval Married Quarters at Anderson, Keppitipola Mawatha and Summit Flats
b. Maintenance of Police (SGO) Quarters at Maligawatte
and Kew Road, Colombo 02
c. Maintenance of Madiwela Housing Complex for Hon.
Members of Parliament. |

Common
Amenties Board has obtained ICTAD registration for Civil
Engineering Works and the membership of the NCCSL.
Construction contracts are undertaken on negotiated rate
basis, design and build basis and also through open
tendering.
