Our Mission
"Reclamation and development of land while ensuring a flood free
habitat and improving the environment by rehabilitating,
creating and maintaining pollution free inland water bodies and
engage in engineering services and creation of buildable
lands".
Vision

Brief description of services provided
1. Reclamation of land and providing drainage facilities to
make buildable land of waste low-lying land.
2. Improving drainage facilities and canal maintenance work in
the Colombo and Greater Colombo areas.
3. Inspection, investigating and providing designs for a flood
free environment.
4. Providing Plant and Equipment - Hiring of Machinery.
5. Civil works construction of buildings, bridges, roads,
drains and roads.
6. Consultancy services for public and private sector on
designs, estimating and evaluation of proposals for
development of land, construction of buildings, roads and
connected structures.
7. Dredging of canals, lakes, ponds etc.
8. Laboratory for testing engineering materials.
